第46条 委員会手続
Article 46 — Committee procedure
1. 欧州委員会は、委員会の補佐を受ける。当該委員会は、規則(EU) No 182/2011の意味における委員会とする。
1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
2. この項を参照する場合、規則(EU)第182/2011号第4条が適用される。
2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
2. 本項が参照される場合、規則(EU) No 182/2011第5条を適用する。
3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
