第17条 経済事業者への情報提供
Article 17 — Information to economic operators
1. 欧州委員会は、経済事業者に対し、この規則に関する一般的な情報を無償で提供する。
1. The Commission shall provide economic operators, free of charge, with general information with respect to this Regulation.
2. 加盟国は、経済事業者の要請に応じ、国レベルでのこの規則の実施、及びこの規則の対象となる製品に適用される製品安全に関する国内規則について、具体的な情報を無償で提供する。そのために、欧州議会及び理事会規則（EU）2019/515第9条第1項及び第4項を適用する。
2. Member States shall provide economic operators, at their request and free of charge, with specific information with respect to the implementation of this Regulation at national level and national rules on product safety applicable to products covered by this Regulation. For that purpose, Article 9(1) and (4) of Regulation (EU) 2019/515 of the European Parliament and of the Council shall apply.
欧州委員会は、経済事業者、特に零細企業を含む中小企業に該当する者の必要に特に配慮して、この規則に定める義務の履行方法に関する具体的なガイドラインを採択する。
The Commission shall adopt specific guidelines for economic operators, with particular regard to the needs of those that qualify as SMEs, including micro-enterprises, on how to fulfil the obligations laid down in this Regulation.
