第35条 ノーティファイドボディの識別番号及び一覧
Article 35 — Identification numbers and lists of notified bodies

1. 欧州委員会は、ノーティファイドボディに識別番号を割り当てなければならない。
1. The Commission shall assign an identification number to a notified body.
欧州委員会は、機関が複数のEU法令に基づき届け出られている場合であっても、単一の識別番号を割り当てなければならない。
It shall assign a single such number even where the body is notified under several Union acts.
2. 欧州委員会は、本規則に基づき届け出られた機関の一覧（割り当てられた識別番号及び届出を受けた適合性評価活動を含む。）を公開しなければならない。
2. The Commission shall make publicly available the list of bodies notified under this Regulation including the identification numbers that have been assigned to them and the conformity assessment activities for which they have been notified.
欧州委員会は、当該一覧が最新の状態に保たれることを確保しなければならない。
The Commission shall ensure that the list is kept up to date.
