第54条発効及び適用

Article 54 — Entry into force and application

この法令は規則（EU）2026/1744（AIデジタルオムニバス）により一部改正されています（2026年7月27日発効）。本文は改正前のものです。

本規則は、欧州連合官報での公表の後20日目に発効する。

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

本規則は、2027年1月20日から適用する。

It shall apply from 20 January 2027.

ただし、次の条項は、次の日から適用する。

However, the following Articles shall apply from the following dates:

(a)第26条から第42条までは、2024年1月20日から

(a)Articles 26 to 42 from 20 January 2024;

(b)第50条第1項は、2026年10月20日から

(b)Article 50(1) from 20 October 2026;

(c)第6条第7項並びに第48条及び第52条は、2023年7月19日から

(c)Article 6(7) and Articles 48 and 52 from 19 July 2023;

(d)第6条第2項から第6項まで、第8項及び第11項並びに第47条及び第53条第3項は、2024年7月20日から

(d)Article 6(2) to (6), (8) and (11) and Articles 47 and 53(3) from 20 July 2024.

第54条 発効及び適用
