Article 29 — Information obligation of notifying authorities

加盟国は、適合性評価機関の評価及び届出並びにノーティファイドボディの監視に関する手続、及びその変更を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。
Member States shall inform the Commission of their procedures for the assessment and notification of conformity assessment bodies and the monitoring of notified bodies, and of any changes thereto.
欧州委員会は、当該情報を公開しなければならない。
The Commission shall make that information publicly available.
