第51条 廃止
Article 51 — Repeals
この法令は規則（EU）2026/1744（AIデジタルオムニバス）により一部改正されています（2026年7月27日発効）。本文は改正前のものです。
1. 指令73/361/EECを廃止する。
1. Directive 73/361/EEC is repealed.
廃止された指令73/361/EECへの参照は、本規則への参照と解釈する。
References to the repealed Directive 73/361/EEC shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
2. 指令2006/42/ECは、2027年1月20日をもって廃止する。
2. Directive 2006/42/EC is repealed with effect from 20 January 2027.
廃止された指令2006/42/ECへの参照は、本規則への参照と解釈し、附属書XIIの対照表に従って読むものとする。
References to the repealed Directive 2006/42/EC shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex XII.
