Annex VI — SIMPLIFIED EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

第13条(20)に規定する簡易EU適合宣言は、次のとおり提供しなければならない。

The simplified EU declaration of conformity referred to in Article 13(20) shall be provided as follows:
