第48条 ノーティファイドボディの決定に対する不服申立て
Article 48 — Appeal against decisions of notified bodies
加盟国は、ノーティファイドボディの決定に対する不服申立ての手続が利用可能であることを確保しなければならない。
Member States shall ensure that an appeal procedure against decisions of the notified bodies is available.
