7.4 — Information exchange

欧州委員会が公表する公式ガイダンス第8版（2025年4月）の参考訳です。ガイドは法的拘束力を持たず、疑義がある場合は英語版が基準となります。色付きの枠は指令本文の引用、それ以外が欧州委員会の解説です。

指令第34条及び附属書III（第8項）は、ノーティファイドボディが、他のノーティファイドボディ、届出当局などの一定の組織に特定の情報を提供するための要件を含んでいる。

Article 34 and Annex III (paragraph 8) of the Directive contain requirements for Notified Bodies to provide specific information to certain organisations such as other Notified Bodies, notifying authorities, etc.

ノーティファイドボディは、ノーティファイドボディ調整グループ（EUANB）に対し、

Notified Bodies should check with the Notified Body Coordination Group – EUANB

上記の条に定める特定の情報の通知を可能にする仕組みが利用可能となっているか否かを確認し、又はその他の手続が他に利用可能であるかを確認すべきである。

whether any mechanism has made available to allow notification of specific information as required under the above mentioned Article. or check if there are other procedures available elsewhere.
