Article 22 — Committee
欧州委員会「機械指令適用ガイド」の該当解説（3節）
1. 欧州委員会は、委員会（以下「委員会」という。）の補佐を受ける。
1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Committee’.
2. 本項が参照される場合、決定1999/468/ECの第8条の規定を考慮して、同決定の第3条及び第7条を適用する。
2. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 3 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
3. 本項が参照される場合、決定1999/468/ECの第8条の規定を考慮して、同決定の第5条及び第7条を適用する。
3. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
決定1999/468/EC第5条(6)に定める期間は、3か月とする。
The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.
4. 委員会は、その手続規則を採択する。
4. The Committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.
