Article 35 — Appeal against decisions of notified bodies, recognised third party organisations and user inspectorates
加盟国は、ノーティファイドボディ、認定第三者機関及び使用者検査機関の決定に対する不服申立て手続が利用可能であることを確保しなければならない。
Member States shall ensure that appeal procedures against decisions of notified bodies, recognised third-party organisations and user inspectorates are available.
