第51条発効及び適用

Article 51 — Entry into force and application

本指令は、欧州連合官報における公表の日の後20日目に発効する。

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

第1条、第2条第1号から第14号まで、第3条、第4条、第5条、第14条、第15条及び第16条、第19条(1)及び(2)並びに第44条、第45条及び第46条は、2016年7月19日から適用する。

Article 1, points 1 to 14 of Article 2, Articles 3, 4, 5, 14, 15 and 16, Article 19(1) and (2), and Articles 44, 45 and 46 shall apply from 19 July 2016.
