附属書VIII 第8条(3)に規定する技術的要件

Annex VIII — TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 8(3)

1.処理前のWEEEの保管（一時保管を含む。）のための場所（廃棄物の埋立てに関する1999年4月26日の理事会指令1999/31/ECの要件を損なうことなく）：

1.Sites for storage (including temporary storage) of WEEE prior to its treatment (without prejudice to the requirements of Council Directive 1999/31/EC of 26 April 1999 on the landfill of waste):

—適切な区域について、こぼれた物の収集設備並びに適切な場合にはデカンター及び洗浄脱脂装置を備えた不浸透性の床面

—impermeable surfaces for appropriate areas with the provision of spillage collection facilities and, where appropriate, decanters and cleanser-degreasers,

—適切な区域について、耐候性の覆い

—weatherproof covering for appropriate areas.

—処理された廃棄物の重量を測定するためのはかり

—scales to measure the weight of the treated waste,

—適切な区域について、こぼれた物の収集設備並びに適切な場合にはデカンター及び洗浄脱脂装置を備えた不浸透性の床面及び防水性の覆い

—impermeable surfaces and waterproof covering for appropriate areas with the provision of spillage collection facilities and, where appropriate, decanters and cleanser-degreasers,

—解体されたスペアパーツのための適切な保管場所

—appropriate storage for disassembled spare parts,

—電池、PCB/PCT含有コンデンサ及び放射性廃棄物のようなその他の有害廃棄物の保管のための適切な容器

—appropriate containers for storage of batteries, PCBs/PCTs containing capacitors and other hazardous waste such as radioactive waste,

—健康及び環境に関する規則に従った水処理のための設備

—equipment for the treatment of water in compliance with health and environmental regulations.
