1) 機械規則（EU）2023/1230の対象となる安全部品及びロジックユニットとは、同規則の附属書I Part Bの第15項、第16項及び第17項に定める安全部品である。
1) Safety components and logic units covered by machinery regulation (EU) 2023/1230 are safety components defined on items 15, 16 and 17 of annex I part B of the regulation.
2) 「規則2023/1230の1.1.9及び1.2.1に定める破損に対する保護」の側面については、機械規則（EU）2023/1230の対象となる安全部品及びロジックユニットは、今後の整合規格（prEN 50742）、又は技術水準を表す規格（例えばIEC 62443-X）の要件を満たせばよい。
2) For “protection against corruption defined in 1.1.9 and 1.2.1. of 2023/1230 regulation” aspects, the safety components and logic units covered by machinery regulation (EU) 2023/1230 have only to answer the requirements of forthcoming harmonized standard (prEN 50742), or standards that represent the state of art (e.g. IEC 62443-X).
