Solution
意図は、すべてのノーティファイドボディが電気部品の受入れ可否を判断するために使用できる文書を作成することにある。
The intention is to create a document that may be used by all Notified Bodies to determine the acceptability of electrical components.
例 1. 欄に示す部品の一覧は網羅的なものではなく、参考として示したものにすぎない。2. いずれの場合も、部品の実際の使用を考慮し、それが機能部品として使用されるのか安全部品として使用されるのかを判断しなければならない。3. 特定の指令（EMC、低電圧）又は規格への適合宣言書及び／又は適合証明書が、当該部品について機械指令／機械規則の特定の要件をカバーできるか否かを確認すべきである。
EXAMPLES 1. The list of components given in the columns is non exhaustive and only meant as indication. 2. In all cases, the actual use of the component has to be considered and it has to be decided if it is used as a functional or as a safety component. 3. It should be checked whether the declaration and/or certificate of conformity with a specific directive (EMC, Low voltage) or a standard allow to cover the specific requirements of the Machinery Directive/Regulation for the component concerned.
