第46条発効及び適用

Article 46 — Entry into force and application

本指令は、欧州連合官報における公表の日の後20日目に発効する。

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

第1条、第2条、第3条(1)第(1)号から第(8)号まで、第3条(2)、第5条(2)及び(3)、第6条、第13条、第19条(3)並びに附属書Iは、2016年4月20日から適用する。

Article 1, Article 2, points (1) to (8) of Article 3(1), Article 3(2), Article 5(2) and (3), Article 6, Article 13, Article 19(3) and Annex I shall apply from 20 April 2016.
