第44条発効及び適用

Article 44 — Entry into force and application

欧州委員会「ATEX指令ガイドライン」の該当解説（1節）

本指令は、欧州連合官報における公表の日の後20日目に発効する。

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

第2条第1号及び第3号から第7号まで、第4条並びに附属書I、II、XI及びXIIは、2016年4月20日から適用する。

Points 1 and 3 to 7 of Article 2, Article 4 and Annexes I, II, XI and XII shall apply from 20 April 2016.
