第25条 国内法化
Article 25 — Transposition
1. 加盟国は、2013年1月2日までに、本指令を遵守するために必要な法律、規則及び行政規定を採択し、公布しなければならない。加盟国は、直ちに当該規定の本文を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。
1. Member States shall adopt and publish, by 2 January 2013, the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive. They shall forthwith communicate to the Commission the text of those provisions.
加盟国が当該規定を採択する際には、当該規定は本指令への参照を含み、又はその公式公布の際に当該参照を伴わなければならない。加盟国は、当該参照の方法を定めなければならない。
When Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain a reference to this Directive or be accompanied by such a reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member States shall determine how such reference is to be made.
2. 加盟国は、本指令の対象となる分野において採択する国内法の主要な規定の本文を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。
2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the text of the main provisions of national law which they adopt in the field covered by this Directive.
