第48条 発効及び適用
Article 48 — Entry into force and application
欧州委員会「昇降機指令適用ガイド」の該当解説（2節）
本指令は、欧州連合官報における公表の日の後20日目に発効する。
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
第1条、第2条第1号から第4号まで、第3条から第6条まで、第15条及び第16条、第19条第1項から第4項まで、第44条、第45条第2項、第49条並びに附属書I、附属書IIのA部(a)から(e)まで及び(g)から(j)まで、附属書IIのB部(a)、(c)、(d)及び(f)から(j)まで、附属書III、附属書IVのA部1、2(a)から(d)まで、3(a)及び(b)、(e)、(g)及び(h)、4(a)並びに10、附属書IVのB部1、2(a)から(d)まで、3(a)、(b)、(d)、(f)、(g)、(i)及び(j)、4(a)及び(b)、6の第1段落、11、附属書Vの1から3.1まで、3.2(a)、3.3から4まで、附属書VIの1及び2、3.1(d)から(f)まで、3.2、3.3の第1段落から第3段落まで、3.4から4.2まで、6、附属書VIIの1及び2、3.1(c)及び(e)、3.2、3.4、4.1、4.3から6まで、附属書VIIIの1及び2、3(a)、(b)、(f)、(g)及び(i)、6、附属書IXの1及び2、4から6まで、附属書Xの1及び2、3.1(b)、(c)及び(d)、3.2及び3.3、4及び5、附属書XIの1及び2、3.1(d)、3.2、3.3.1、4、5(a)、(c)及び(d)、附属書XIIの1及び2、3.1(b)、(c)及び(d)、3.2、3.4、4及び5は、2016年4月19日から適用する。
