第25条 通知当局の情報提供義務
Article 25 — Information obligation on notifying authorities
1. 加盟国は、適合性評価機関の評価及び通知並びにノーティファイドボディの監視に関する手続、及びその変更を欧州委員会に通知しなければならない。
Member States shall inform the Commission of their procedures for the assessment and notification of conformity assessment bodies and the monitoring of notified bodies, and of any changes thereto.
委員会はその情報を一般に公開するものとする。
The Commission shall make that information publicly available.
