第28条発効

Article 28 — Entry into force

欧州委員会「低電圧指令ガイド」の該当解説（1節）

本指令は、欧州連合官報における公表の日の後20日目に発効する。

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

第1条、第3条第2段落、第5条、第13条(2)及び(3)並びに附属書I、V及びVIは、2016年4月20日から適用する。

Article 1, the second paragraph of Article 3, Article 5, Article 13(2) and (3) and Annexes I, V and VI shall apply from 20 April 2016.
